Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Your Role:

BoyleSports is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to work closely in the international markets with the Head of Performance Marketing and the Performance Marketing team. The Performance Marketing team will function as an in-house agency, collaborating with stakeholders globally to formulate and execute international performance marketing plans. With a multi-million-euros budget targeting International Marketing, and plans to expand into additional markets, this is an exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day management, performance, and analysis of all acquisition-focused marketing channels.
  • Marketing campaign management: Generate ideas, strategize, implement, and refine customer acquisition campaigns for all digital marketing channels.
  • Oversee the development and execution of promotions and incentives for all digital acquisitions.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in the business, including Brand Marketing, Creative, Gaming and sportsbook, to execute the digital campaigns.
  • Supervise a digital marketing calendar, forecasting, and budgets in line with marketing plans.
  • Explore, research, and experiment with new and emerging digital channels.
  • Develop an annual acquisition budget forecast by channel and brand, ensuring alignment with the ATL plan while adhering to an agreed-upon new customer acquisition target.
  • Employ unconventional marketing approaches in regions where traditional methods may face limitations.
  • Strategize, execute, and assess tests aimed at optimizing conversion funnels.
  • Liaise with the Head of Performance budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecasting processes for marketing activities. Present digital media plans to the relevant key stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in performance marketing, preferably within the Gaming industry.
  • Proven experience in establishing and managing a performance marketing team.
  • Extensive experience across all performance marketing platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of digital tracking, measurement, and reporting tools. Proficient in reporting and forecasting.
  • Teamwork proficiency, including the ability to cultivate relationships internally and externally, with additional experience in collaborating across multiple countries is beneficial.
  • Robust organizational skills and a track record of handling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing campaigns, strategy, and best practices.
  • Required to stay at the forefront of search innovation, with an awareness of platform changes.
  • Ability to formulate and drive complex strategies while effectively communicating them to mentor junior staff and non-digital stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical acumen, capable of extracting insights and crafting narratives.
  • Fully proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
